I just discovered your yummy cookies. I was happy to find something that works with my new diet. I have a cookie addiction and I thought I would have to give them up for good but now I can satisfy that craving without feeling guilty. My one complaint: the nutrition information on the package is misleading. I got faked out by the calorie count. WHO EATS HALF A COOKIE?! I had to go back and amend my food diary because I finally noticed that little detail: "Serving Size ½ Cookie." I was eating 200 more calories than I thought. It kind of reminds me of that despicable and deceptive marketing technique of pricing things some dollar amount and 99¢ at the end. Marketers know those not paying attention will think the item is a dollar less than it actually is. That should piss people off because it's deliberate deception! Anyway, you seem like a company that wants to do the right thing so why have deceptive nutrition info on your cookie labels? Fix that and you'll be perfect! ?

I would rate these as a 5 but their product is not always consistent. For example, sometimes their cookies are overcooked and other time they are under-cooked. That being said I have tried almost every flavor of Larry and Lenny cookie and found most of them really great.
I would NEVER recommend taking these backpacking as they fall apart and don't hold up well to being squished or crumpled. They still taste great but will not be in an easy to eat cookie shape.
I have a plethora of food allergies yet I can actually eat these cookies, so for me it is like eating a store bought cookie (which never happens to me) and a light-on-protein bar into one.

If you do not like artificial flavored cookies I would suggest never eating the apply pie flavor, it is the only one that truly does taste artificial. I think it is because they used dried apples. It tastes like apples and cinnamon Quaker oats oatmeal.

If the cookie is dry or dense try heating it in the microwave for 10 seconds and you'll be shocked by how yummy and gooey it turns out! This is especially true of the double chocolate and apple pie flavor.
Your life will be forever changed if you started heating a lot of your protein bars in the microwave. :-)
