I think it’s safe to say that unless you have a peanut allergy, most people LOVE peanut butter cookies. The trick about making a perfect batch of peanut butter cookies is making sure they are not so dry that you need a huge glass of milk just to wash them down.
Lenny and Larry’s creamy, chewy, and moist Peanut Butter cookies are unlike any other cookie I have ever tasted. They have all the flavor of peanut butter and none of the bad stuff. And by bad stuff, I mean no GMOs or high fructose corn syrup and if you stay away from animal products, this is your perfect “go to” dessert or snack because it’s Vegan. Not only that, each cookie is filled with protein and fiber. Honestly, it’s the perfect food.
I decided to do a blind taste test with my daughter and husband. Admittedly, I make a mean peanut butter cookie and I wanted to test them on two things. First, could they tell the difference between Lenny and Larry’s Peanut Butter cookie and my homemade cookies, and second, which cookie would they prefer? I knew by doing this I stood a 50/50 chance of losing the competition, but on the bright side, there were great perks if they preferred Lenny & Larry’s. First, I would be off the hook for baking cookies, and second, they would be eating far less “junk” in their cookie than mine. Don’t get me wrong, I use wholesome ingredients, but there’s no way I know how to make a vegan cookie taste that good.
I’m sure you can guess how the taste test went. Yep, Lenny and Larry’s won by a landslide. I think it’s the first time I wasn’t disappointed in losing a competition.
Try them for yourself. You could possibly give up baking cookies altogether!!
